    The concept of the design was in linear form with principle of hierarchy. The flooring pattern is designed with the good use of lines and squares. The hall area and teller counter area is designed to comfort both staffs & customers. Display areas are also provided for better aesthetic appeal. The use of wooden texture shows an aesthetic and corporate environment to the banking area. Color combination of the area give the cooperate look to the area.

    Functional and efficient working space has been obtained from limited space. Curve shape of the teller counter has enhanced the aesthetic of the area. Ceiling and flooring go hand in hand with the furniture designed. Arch shaped table at reception area enhances the beauty as well as functional working space.

    The reception area has incorporated both aesthetic and functional area. Voucher writing table area is incorporated as the main element of the design as it is in the central part of the main hall. Helmet rack and LCD TV rack also add beauty to the design.

    Since the bank is part of history of financial development of Nepal, the theme of design is Nepalese neo-traditional architecture so that general people will feel that it is our own bank.

    Simple and functional design approach was adopted. Efficient use of “Open Furniture Layout Plan” gave result of maximum use of space. Hence, about 16,000.00 sq. ft. of office space had been saved in compression to previous office layout. All electrical, communication and computer networking cables are arranged in cable tray all over the design area so that it will be easy to change layout of work stations in future.

    Located at one of the busiest street of Kathmandu, the Showroom is designed to have maximum attention to the street users. Despite of its limited height, appropriate height is achieved through the corresponding design of the false ceiling. The design provides unlimited arresting displays of promotional products posters and naturally   TATA vehicles. The showroom area is separated into CVD (Commercial Vehicle Display), PCD (Promotional Car Display) and office areas.


  6. Name of the Project:  Interior design of Residence Building of Dr. Niraj Govinda Shrestha(Pyramid House)

    The interior design was carried out considering energy efficiency in selection of material. Only the stairwell and foyer was laid with Italian marble with inlayed border. Rest of the flooring is bamboo parquet, except bathrooms and kitchen. All the detailed designs of the Project were unique starting from molding and border at floor to wall panels, furniture, ceiling and curtain box. In order to keep in tandem to the exterior design, the pyramid pattern is used at various elements: embossed pyramid at door frames, curtain box, display unit, furniture, molding at ceiling, balustrade of the staircase and inlayed pyramid pattern is used at floor, doors and wall panels.

    It is a turn-key project. Our firm is involved in the construction work along with design. The theme of the project is to amalgamate the new design with existing features. Generally, casino interior used to be colourful and flashy. But in this project, a sober and modern appealing design theme has been incorporated. The interior of casino has used the trending materials like tinted glass, stainless  steel, Italian marble, Belgium wallpaper etc.
